In the United States, the Secular Franciscans are divided into thirty Regions; the greater Pittsburgh metropolitan area lies within the Lady Poverty Region.
The St. Augustine Fraternity is just one of twenty-two Fraternities in the Lady Poverty Region. Although our members live all over the greater Pittsburgh area; we gather, as we have since our beginning in 1875, in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lower Lawrenceville on 37th Street (also home to Our Lady of the Angels Parish, St. Augustine Church) just under 4 miles east of Downtown Pittsburgh.
We gather every third Sunday of the month in Hyacinth Epp Hall, part of the Capuchin friary associated with Our Lady of the Angels Parish. Entry on 37th Street across from the parish parking lot.
Our location is within easy walking distance from public transportation via Port Authority Transit (PAT) Routes 91A and 88.
